FAQ

Warranty: This Warranty extends for twelve (12) calendar months from date of “initial completion”, as shown below. This warranty applies and is limited only to products supplied and installed by Black Label.

 

WARRANTY INCLUDES:

Full or part replacement of the area/s deemed defective due to material failure or faulty installation.

 

WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE:

Pre-existing vehicle damage, Emblem wrapping, Negligence, Misuse, Damage due to high pressure power washing, Accident damage. Stone / road material damage, Wear and tear, Attempted modification work or repairs by non Black Label personnel.

All claims must be made within twelve (12) calendar months of date of “initial completion” and are subject to approval in writing by a Black Label representative. In the case of agreed repair / replacement, work is to be carried by Black Label at our premises only.

 

LABOUR AND MATERIALS

Materials used in warranty repairs will carry the same warranty coverage as the materials they replace, but the expiration date/s will be the same as those of the initial completion date.

 

FINAL APPEARANCE

Vinyl vehicle wrapping is not paint, some flaws in the material are inevitable.
Minor lift, even on flat areas, may occur when wrapping vinyl in and out of deep grooves, around curves and/or rivets. Limited “bubbling,” “lifting,” and “tenting” of the material is inevitable. This, however, will not jeopardise the effectiveness of the adhesion. Seams in material will be used to minimize “bubbling” and “lifting” as much as possible. Cleaning is important to the life of the wrap. When cleaning, be sure to clean gently and not to use acid based products which could harm the wrap. Also it is essential not to use machine operated car washes as this would void your warranty.
